Frequently Asked Questions
Common Questions We Encounter
All Haytrix displays use UART No.2 protocol. This means only e-bikes and e-scooters that support UART No.2 can use our displays. Worldwide, there are many different display communication protocols. Customizing displays for other protocols is possible but usually requires large B2B orders due to the high cost of protocol changes.
H6C, M6C, and M5 are stocked with Killswitch & Code features for B2B orders, MOQ 10 units. Customers can also purchase these models without Killswitch & Code. Other displays can be customized with these features, MOQ 20–50 units depending on the model.
H6C-2 and M5C-2 connect via Bluetooth to riding apps. H8 connects via Bluetooth and supports smartphone screen mirroring. F3 and F4 support NFC unlock. Note: All displays use wired UART No.2 for main communication; Bluetooth is only for app connection.
All Haytrix displays meet IP65 standards, making them resistant to rain, dust, and other outdoor conditions—ideal for B2B clients serving outdoor mobility markets.
